Is Battlefield 4 down right now?

This is ridiculous, their IT team should at least post a warning at the login page. I even went to the BF4 forum and their updates/news/announcements and there is jack **** about this.

Their chat support is clogged like a public restroom toilet at a concert. I wish they would quit dicking with the game and servers.. The game keeps getting tweaked to fix issues while causing others issues! Incredible; just like the issues it never ends....
