Can you try to get Battlefield 1 trial via web version of Origin Store? Then check if the game was added to your Library. Also, try to clear Origin cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/

thanks for bringing that up - could you please try to flush your DNS Cache following the instructions in the English or German help article? That might help - potentially your IP location is interpreted incorrectly and that might help to rule that out. Feel free to tag me in your reply if you have any results.

i did what the instructions said and still facing the same problem. Im not so sure but i think the problem might be with the router im using .. its kinda complicated to explain but the router is messed up and got a lot of weird rules and such things. imma get a new router soon enough and try it again. if u know any other things that might help then plz lemme know and thnx anyways.
