Is Rapid Fire cheating?

My mouse has a rapid fire option that makes my mouse click really fast.

If I used this in game, would I be banned for a type of hacking, or is it fair.

I would like to know before I try it out, I dont want a ban.

  • i do not think you would get banned and fail to see how it would give you any advantage as the weapons in the game are capped to a certain RPM depending on which gun

how ever, if it indeed did work for you you would probably find your self pointing at the sky because you would not have any time to control the recoil.

It depends really. If the mouse has a program that has to be on to be able to use that feature, it could be mistaken as a Third-Party Program and you could get banned for that. If its just a PnP divice, then i see no issue here.

Regardless of the letter of the law it is typically not a good show of sportsmanship to seek mechanical advantages over legitimate players who play the game as it is intended.
