You have to fill out product, category and platform first, and if you pick United States as country you will most likely be able to start a live chat.
Remember to accept the solution if it's correct and press the XP button if somebody helped.

carbonic, I'm sorry but you've posted this a few times and that link just brings us back here, effectively. This is ridiculous.

The above link and directions will and have successfully directed alot of people to a livechat / phone / tickets where you can contact EA directly. Yes there's a "Answer HQ" button as well but you don't have to press it.
Remember to accept the solution if it's correct and press the XP button if somebody helped.

I've used that link several times successfully, just check the phone option and then the call back option and leave your phone number. EA customer support will call you when your place in the queue comes up so you don't have to wait on hold for a long time.

BullSH*T! the link does not work! it asks what your looking for and "REFUND" shows no results. EA IS A JOKE!! I'M SUEING YOUR SORRY A*SSES! Not only for the price of the game but for time lost on Sim City 5.
BEWARE BUYERS. DO NOT BUY EA!
No customer support!, Been on hold with a phone number that says it cannot provide a refund! Overall terrible customer experience. If we don't purchase their product then they will have no other solution then to RESPECT US!
I see a class action lawsuit in the very near future! EA, you are violating state and fedreal laws!
