It's a FACT that EA have left us hanging and are not explaining what actions they are taking to try and resolve the issue. Of course individual invigilators on this site are not to blame; EA as a company is. It's poor customer service to leave a community with such scant information regarding a topic that many are passionate about.

I didn't say you guys don't care about the game. Otherwise you wouldn't be here posting.
I also care which is why I simply added "I've having this same problem" as a post and clicked "me too". That's all you need to do. The rest is up to them, they've been notified, the issue was acknowledged, the community manager also notified the higher-ups as well as stickied the thread... honestly it's up to them now and for YOU people to wait and be patient.
Nobody left you in the dark, nobody left you hanging. You're just projecting your own emotions. If you read Jokers reply he already passed it forwards and let the appropriate people know about the issue. He already gave you all the information he has available. What more do you want?
Berating them isn't going to help your cause or get the work done any faster. There's no need for hyperbole and insulting others like you guys have been doing. That was my entire point.
All you can do at this point is wait with the rest of us. Insulting the people fixing the problem is not going to help get it done any faster, actually, it's the opposite. If you were in their shoes, you would be less inclined to help. You should be thanking them.
