Issue with .300 knockout and the professional syndicate assignment

Hello! I have gotten all of the pre requirements and done everything you need to do to unlock the .300knockout more then once! I have searched up step by step several times and done them all. I still ...

Can you help me too? I have had the same exact problem only on Xbox one I have bought all the professional gear and done all the requirements but they still remain as question marks. My username is gunner77777.

    Sniper Rifle kills 85 / 200
    Unlock the Professional's tier 4 Reputation track in different matches 10 / 10
    Camera Coins 15 / 15
    Marksman Coins 13 / 15

    Gunner8000/gunner77777

    In Battlelog/Loadout/Professional menu please purchase the following items to unlock PROFESSIONAL SYNDICATE
    - Decoy
    - Zipline

    DO NOT purchase in-game and do not purchase more items!

    After the purchase in the menu Agent/Awards please check the 2 followings assignments:
    - CLASS ASSIGNMENTS/PROFESSIONAL UNLOCKED ASSIGNMENT, this one suppose to be done
    - SYNDICATE ASSIGNMENTS/PROFESSIONAL SYNDICATE, this one suppose to be unlocked
