Issue with .300 knockout and the professional syndicate assignment

Hello! I have gotten all of the pre requirements and done everything you need to do to unlock the .300knockout more then once! I have searched up step by step several times and done them all. I still ...

Your profile showing you are working on .300 assignment already. This is the current stage:

Sniper Rifle kills 85 / 200
Unlock the Professional's tier 4 Reputation track in different matches 10 / 10
Camera Coins 15 / 15
Marksman Coins 13 / 15

Gunner8000/gunner77777

In Battlelog/Loadout/Professional menu please purchase the following items to unlock PROFESSIONAL SYNDICATE
- Decoy
- Zipline

DO NOT purchase in-game and do not purchase more items!

After the purchase in the menu Agent/Awards please check the 2 followings assignments:
- CLASS ASSIGNMENTS/PROFESSIONAL UNLOCKED ASSIGNMENT, this one suppose to be done
- SYNDICATE ASSIGNMENTS/PROFESSIONAL SYNDICATE, this one suppose to be unlocked

      I actually have another problem when I go use my gunner77777 origin account I can't login it keeps saying that my password or email is incorrect and I have reset my password multiple times and I know its the right email because when it tells me to put in the origin I'd or the email it was linked to and I put in my I'd and it sends it to my email but when I try to login on origin It says one of them is incorrect and when I try the battle log on my phone it says it can't log me in right now and to try again later but I have tried over a multiple day spand and it keeps saying the same thing.

        if i try to search no result to gunner77777, only for Gunner8000, but your profile is showing 2 nickname. I guess the Origin is remember to your 1st nickname, but the 2nd one is linked to your account.

        To check your present details open Origin on PC. In Origin, go to left top corner, click to "Origin" choise Account and security. Here u can check your current nickname and the e-mail addres what is in use.
