Silly question but what about just reinstalling the game? If you still have the games in your library then on EA's end they know you own it so if we reinstall perhaps itll properly create and store the license file needed.
Only ask cause you hadnt mentioned that idea specifically, so hey worth a shot ya never know.
Of course, I tried both reinstalling the game and repairing it. As well as reinstalling the EA app. Now we are trying to solve this problem through EA.
Fair enough just had to make sure we weren't skipping a step accidentally. Yeah hopefully support folks can get you sorted and this whole thing figured out.
