Issues connecting to EA servers [Verizon Fios]

I just bought battlefield 4 and went to play online. It is telling me I need to connect to the network and the ea servers. How do I do that?

I am getting unable to connect to ea servers. Online features disabled. All other games work online but battlefield 4 on my ps4. This has been happening all day and i have not been able to play or look at my stats online. Anything related to battlefield 4 multiplayer online is not working on ps4. Im located in texas.

Having the same problem.
Have been having since yesterday as well. Spent both days factory restoring, re-installing games, and reconfiguring router settings.
Located in DFW area, also on verizon. Also having previously described problems with Youtube, and other services [including netflix, thanks verizon will not be renewing my service when the contract is up, those jerks].
However, what's frustrating to me, is EA's incessant need to use "EA servers" to provide servcies similar games can provide, without the need for dedicated company servers that break the second ANYTHING else goes down.
Not happy, EA. Not Happy, but at least you're not Verizon.Coppell, TX Verizon customer here. Using Xbox One, tried every solution out there (except the MTU one, I don't know how I'd go about it on an Xbox One), but nothing is working.
@darussia1 im getting the same exact problem since monday and im also in Texas. cant do anything at all with multiplayer
