Same issue, unable to connec to any games on PC, live in Garland,TX with Verizon FiOS. I am also having issues with Youtube btw.
EDIT: I should note I can play BF4 fine on my 360 at the same location.
I literally tried everything under the sun last night.. (spent upwards of 3 hours troubleshooting)
It is not a coincidence that almost everyone this is happening to (out of the blue mind you) is from north texas with FIOS.. The only thing I have left is to try to mannually open the ports as was suggested in the other thread, but considering i tried turning both my computer and router firewalls off I doubt this will fix a thing
It seems almost like verizon's attempt to throttle netflix is carrying over and effecting us gamers... they are going to get an earfullll tonight

Certainly on Verizon's end. I found a fix though and it worked fine. Need to adjust your MTU.

wow thank you kanrad.. hopefully that will work for me, will test when i get home from workIf anything this just goes to show how garbage origin is.. you basically have to be a network technician to be able to play their games
EA - you need to take notes from steam
I wonder what changed over night that caused this to happen as I was playing bf4 fine on friday

Its the EA servers man, there is nothing you can do to make it work, if someone does something, that mkaes it work, its just a couincidense,, nothing we can do to fix it, its on EA side, not ours,, so trying stuff is pointless.

I think it to be strange that it is only EA servers. I can connect online to my Black Ops but anything EA related.. nada!!!
