Keep getting this when trying to open game, have reloaded game and EA app but still doesn't work

Kris I did the same, it has something to do with the newest update from edge and all it took was to swap to google chrome,
Thank you for your reply! I actually only use Chrome, so I’m unsure.
Do you have any thoughts on a chrome setting or something that might need changing? I’ve cleared cache/cookies, and updated, etc.
Still at a loss 🤷🏻
