Issues with bf3 premium edition (ps3) - game was Sealed and Code isn't working

hello, i just recived Battlefield 3 premium for the PS3 in the post brand new and factory sealed... i went to the PSN and put in the premium code and it says that its already been used 😕mileysad: i tried the code like 100 times and everytime "code used" im really p*ssed of about this.. is there any way i can get a new code from EA?
