After I contact EA help from Facebook.
For those people who launch the Battlefield 1 very Late After Obtain the Enlister Offer DLC.
There is a bug prevent you obtain 5 weapons from Battlefield V's Enlister Offer DLC
I think there might a chance that some of the update cause this bug appears.
And EA helper said report the bug here
I hope the developers can see this because it is related to missing DLC content.
@Jacky10X-O Is it about the weapons you would earn when you were supposed to pre-order Battlefield V ?
@woody357ANWYes. If you pre order Battlefield V. You can get 5 weapons in Battlefield 1. But the Game is bugged now. Some people including me don't get 5 weapons. And the EA help said report bug here. Althrough it is supposed the post it at bug report. The bug report page can't be accessed anymore. So i post it here. The game is old and this glitch is likely won't fix it anymore.
@Jacky10X-O yes I know, I only pre-ordered back in a day for get those. Sorry to hear that mate. Hope they will do something.
@Jacky10X-O I get that, I really hope they're going to give what you're supposed to have in your inventory.
Did you ever manage to get the weapons back? Mine are missing too, and I want them back since I paid money for them :/
