JUST GOT BF 3 PREMIUM ON PS3
And it doesnt work i entered the code and downloaded and installed it but i dont have the head start kit and I dont have any of the other maps I messaged support they havent said anything back please help haha

Hi there,
If you bought Battlefield 3 Premium Edition, you will get the Head Start Kit, otherwise not.
You need all available multiplayer updates installed first, before you can download or use any expansion packs.
Please check this and if the problem persists, come back here again.
