JUST GOT BF 3 PREMIUM ON PS3
And it doesnt work i entered the code and downloaded and installed it but i dont have the head start kit and I dont have any of the other maps I messaged support they havent said anything back please...

If you bought Battlefield 3 Premium Edition, you will get the Head Start Kit, otherwise not.
You need all available multiplayer updates installed first, before you can download or use any expansion packs.
Please check this and if the problem persists, come back here again.

well i deffinately bought the premium edition i just dont know what the deal is i dont see any of the extra weapons and I cant play the extra maps either. Do i need to download that origin client thing or what should I do?
and i have it fully updated
