Just Purchased BF4 Premium Edition (Black Friday Sale) Wont activate

A few weeks ago I played the 7 day free trial of Battlefield 4...

Waiting for a sale I then purchased Battlefield 4 Premium Edition. I downloaded about two of the DLC expansions then decided to play online while it downloaded in the back..

When trying to join the server it is asking for me to activate the product..

I have tried to enter the Product code in my Games info in Origin..

and I have tried to Log in with my Origin account again.. Still nothing..

Even tried the deleting of the DownloadCache and Licence Files still nothing. I dont really want to have to reinstall the WHOLE game again.

I just really want to play already lol.. Any fixes for this?

     Yes it is on their end, but it did take me like 30+ minutes to get connected, even though it said it'd only take 5 minutes lol

     Ive had the exact same issue, the product key mine came with doesn't work. Ive been trying to contact an EA representative but i've just been sitting on hold. Hope they come up with a fix already or a new code. Really annoying -.-

    Have this problem too, spoke with an advisor on live chat and he told me there is some issue with authentication servers and they are doing some maintenance. Expected to be over in 6 hours.

    Could you link me to the live chat or possibly a number to call?

    Man this sucks, I understand their servers could be overwhelmed by amounts of downloads due to the sale but it just really sucks cause I wanted to play tonight haha, Oh well guess I can just let the rest of the expansions download

    I finally got in contact with the game advisor, and he made soem changes to my account that made bf4 completely download and now its working

    So its something they need to fix on their end? dammit, Ive been waiting for the live EA chat for like 20 minutes already
