You're most likely getting a false violation in BF4DB servers due to your ping. Your ping is influenced by the packet travel time from your machine to the server, so somehow your connection is setting off their VPN detection.
My ping is ok. It stays around 30-50, since it's the servers located in Germany. Never had any problems with ping on these servers so far...
