keep getting kicked by punkbuster 2023

so i wasnt having this problem until i logged in today to play battlefield 4, i have never cheated in any battlefield game and now i keep getting kicked by punkbuster, i can log on and connect but literally the second i get to the spawn screen i get booted, i have tried resetting punk buster and reinstalling it to no avail, i have manually set the rules for punkbusters to go through the firewall and no avail, why the hell is this a problem now? i could run BF4 and steam together before (im not on steam at the same time its running in background) but i also closed steam to try to see if that was the issue but same problem, im running on a damn good pc so i know thats not the problem, is anyone else having this problem? i really want to get back to operation locker with a sks please get back to me on this

tried the fixes here https://appuals.com/how-to-fix-the-bf4-kicked-by-punkbuster-error-on-windows/ im going to try battlelog login to see if that fixes it because ive been launching from the new EA app and boom nada

UPDATE logging in through battlelog works but the EA app it triggers PB
