I recently bought Battlefield 4 on Steam and can not play on most servers since the game says I have no ping. I have never experienced this I any other game before and it is extremely frustrating. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I already tried that, I already checked that the PunkBuster is up to date and active, I checked the firewall, the antivirus. I do not really know what to do

DICE TeamSomething is blocking the communication between you and Battlelog, I assume you have Origin running in the background? @TheBlackian

Some routers have settings for blocking ICMP traffic. You would need to google your router to see. Routers also have firewalls.
@EA_Atic Yes. But it's funny why in BF1 the same does not happen to me, in BF1 if I have ping in the game
