Okay i think we need to dig a littl bit deeper. What version of Windows you are using (and which service pack is installed)? Go in to you Raedon control software and try disable every special feature and set all preferences on "performance". Have you manually deleted your gamefiles in your "my documents" folder?
What are the other workarounds you already tried?

I am using windows 7 (service pack 1)
Everything was already set to performance on the Radeon controls.
I have uninstalled the game, deleted the registry (same goes for origin) and have also reinstalled everything. So far nothing has worked.
kernel error is not good, very root level fail.
try repairing the install, & always close & restart after an update. reboot may even be necessarygoogle for kernel errors or kernelbase.dll specifically & see if another board has any ideas.
