Sorry if this has been asked, but I'm new to PC gaming (today new 🙂 and I'm unable to unbind/bind keys in BF3. Any tips or advice? ...I'm unable to play with the default settings due to 3 fingers on left hand, so need to change a few around!

What do you mean with unable to keybinding? Can't you open the options? Or do you don't know which one you should edit?

92biscuits when you are in a game hit the ESC key, then click on options, and then I believe controls and your key binding screen will come up. From this screen you can click on an action and assign a key to it.
