Key Code already in use

Question

Hello EA comunity!well yesterday i bought my new battelfield 3 copie from the site...but when i got it and typed the serial code it says its already in use?wtf do i do now?the code is 100% right!

i had the same problem as well, during the installation my pc begin to freeze for no reason, and therefore i'd shutdown my pc , but when i reboot and try to activate my game by using origin , it said ( code already in use) &nbsp;help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
