Keyboard Ghosting?
So I built a whole new pc (asus gaming board) and bought a new mechanical gaming keyboard with 100% anti ghosting and full n-key rollover....and I still can't strafe right if I'm holding down shift ...

@RichAC it's typically counterproductive to ask for help and then go in a tirade in your next post. Please tell us which keyboard you are experiencing the issue with. Does this keyboard use a third party program to bind keys, have you troubleshot the issue by using another keyboard to see if the issue persists, do you have any additional input devices plugged in such as a joystick, Razer nostromo or orbweaver or xbox 360 game pad? If you do unplug the extra input devices and try playing BF1 again.
Also what are your PC specs, what OS are you using and if using Win10 did you install the creator's update?
So you can't even try it in the game either? It happens with any keyboard.
I think you're asking rhetorical questions and its obvious I've wasted my time. Its probably a known issue. Oh well I still like the game.
I remember you from bf3 haven't been seeing you in bf1, how come?
Just wanna say though for this to become a respectable e-sport you would need to fix play controls like that. Maybe most people don't care but nowadays there aint too many people left and we spending alot of money for the experience. Listen to the avg players here for the sports and competitive matches, not unsportlike elitists pwning noobs and calling it fair. no offense.
Battlefront is pretty pwned this past month, but bf1 hanging in there its great.
I'm really loving the game just trying to make it better. But apparenlty this has been in the engine all along since bc2. any pc any kb. maybe it can't be fixed, its not a deal breaker. just very strange. almost like the jokes on people buying gaming keyboards. So I not got extra fast sensitive keys, and still have ghosting issues but worse now 🙂
Rich.if anyone might actually look at this thread I just want to add that holding the above referenced keys down and then pressing srafe key d appears while in chat or console.
Its just a problem when strafing towards right side in the game. The actual play controls. strafing left is no problem, when the above referenced keys are held down shift, a, w, you cannot strafe right when pressing d.
Happened on my last kb and computer, standard dell key board. windows 7
And my new G.skill keyboard and new gaming board. windows 10.
