Known Battlefield 4 Issues and Next Steps (Updated: Mar 25)

Im playing on PS3 and my game crashes/freezes everytime i deploy, this didnt occure the first hours of gameplay but now it happens everytime which makes multiplayer unplayable for me (there is not a single scratch on my CD). It happens sometimes on campaign too but i dont give a **bleep** about campaign, fix the multiplayer crashes asap please.... just letting u guys know
