Known Battlefield 4 Issues and Next Steps (Updated: Mar 25)

I've just turned on my xbox 360 and boom there goes all my campaign  progress and my rank is stuck at 11 and ever time it goes to rank up it boots me back to 11. My assignments are all gone and but 3 and they say 0/1. I just checked and all my battle packs are back unopened and its says they unlocked at the same time.
