Profile Corrupted

System froze upon leaving a team deathmatch game. Looked like it was in the middle of an autosave when it froze.  restarted xbox360, now save file is corrupt.  almost (but not all) single player progress lost.  However if you look at my achievements and weapon unlocks (shank etc) they are still there.
