Can you please give a BRIEF estimate on when the PC client update is due?
Just state "We are aiming for such and such date, but could be longer. If longer, it's because we want to get most the bugs and crashes sorted in one full patch, than rush it and cause more problems".
^ This kind of information to the community REALLY puts players at ease, and it's the kind of good-hearted communication that people will post ALL around the internet. (Facebook, clan pages, websites). Just saying "We're working on it, we'll release it eventually" is NOT enough, as many developers say the exact same thing, and people are waiting months with no more information.
We just want SOME idea. Even a estimate date will get ALOT of negativity out of the community. Some people are saying it'll be 2-3 months, and that's why people are really pissed off. I am sure this is NOT the case, based on your past update release schedule.

Keep your community informed, don't hide how long it will take.

The maps keep freezing in the middle of a match
Also I specifically freezes during a transition to Hainan Resort
Sometimes I have an issue where I see someone on the map and then the disappear.
