I am actually worse than before the patch. Still black screen craashing in the respawn screen after ten minutes of play. Always in the respawn screen, and it takes a hard reboot to get out of the screen. The problem is that its taking longer to recover from these black screen crashes now than it was before.
Reallly disappointed. And I still haven't seen patch notes yet either.

Still getting freeze's however now.. get this, the game takes longer to load into, which is fun :D
