I'm a little confused and worried why "stuttering" isn't a known issue.

Although I can play my performance is severly hampered.

The game became unplayable ! I have 20-30 ping, but i experience continous lag, rubberbanding and it is simply unplayable ! How is this possible ?
It used to work just fine, guys 😞
