Known Battlefield 4 Issues and Next Steps (Updated: Mar 25)

My 2 sons and I have this issue where we can not join the same server many  times. Sometimes we can and sometimes we cant. Sometimes we join a server then one of us have a game crash then will not let that person back in. It will say Client Closed Down the Connection. I have already turned off UPnP on router and PCs. I also turned off SSDP Discovery on all 3 PCs. I assuming it is a shared IP address thing with either Punkbuster or the Servers. Any ideas on how to fix?
