L115 Sniper unlockable after redownload.

Hey, I recently lost my memory on my hard drive of my Xbox one so I had to redownload bf4 and all dlc. When all of the stuff was downloaded, I noticed that my L115 sniper was locked, but the assignment says that it is completed already. I've recompleted the assignment in game multiple times by following the directions but nothing happens on screen and the sniper remains locked and unusable... I really miss using this weapon! Help!
