Lack of Servers for Battlefield Hardline on PC

I wrote into your customer support and they told me to post here so here goes. There is but one hardcore server to play on in North America and it does not go through all the maps. I purchased the entire Hardline bundle and can't play all the maps because EA does not even have their own server. So now it is left to the discretion of the owners of that server. The population on the PC platform is so low, you would think this game has been out for 100 years. I mean I bet the population base for Diablo 2 is higher that Hardline. BF4 has so much more to offer than Hardline and it makes me want a full refund for this game that I bought not too long ago.
On side note, why are you still allowing FLIR scopes on day time maps? This has been a problem ever since you introduced them into your games. You should just not let the be an option for day time maps.
