Lan cable not connected issue

Hi!

I know one person who can't play consistently EA games (Battlefield and Star Wars) because he encouters an issue where game says "Lan cable not connected" kicks him out of the server mid-game. Even though he has Cat 8 cables plugged in and all doing fine in other games. Any suggestions what to do?

    It sounds like a loose lan cable. I would try a different lan cable and see if it fits better in the PlayStation's ethernet port.

    Issue seems to be solved. He rebooted router and so far capable of playing EA games. :)
