lost all weapon unlocks

A couple of days ago I went on my xbox1 to play some BF1 and found that all of my unlocked weapons and progress towards unlocking weapons was gone. This is only for DLC weapons though. I checked on the app and it said that I had unlocked the weapons, but when I entered a game they disappeared. I have attached images of the issue. I don't know what to do or how to fix it and i haven't heard anyone else with the same problem. The problem didn't start after the itnott DLC came out, it only started about 4 days ago. This seems strange to me and i have no idea what could be causing it. Please help me.

    Hey @TelegonicPath6,

    Sorry to hear that you're still having this issue.

    If worse comes to worse, have you tried Uninstalling/Reinstalling Battlefield 1?

    If you have Premium Pass, it should show under the Battlefield 1 Logo on the Home Screen in-game.

    Go to your Game Settings, and make sure that Premium Pass is installed as well.

    If this is still unsucessful, you may contact EA Support via Live Chat at the following link below:

    Does this happen on all servers? Even official or ranked ones?

    Has the round already started when you tried to select the DLC weapons?

    Your soldier customization in the main menu seems to be OK, so it looks like a server issue.

    Hey @TelegonicPath6,

    Sorry to hear about this issue you're experiencing.

    Have you tried playing a few rounds of Conquest or any match type to give your Account a chance to sync up?

    It could be a Server issue like @Ourumov13 mentioned, and may take a couple rounds for your Account to Sync correctly.

    Give this a shot, and keep us posted.

    I did try various servers and I tried waiting a few rounds for them to sync up but they still said 0% progress. I can, however, still progress on non DLC assignments like the specialisations. I think I have found the problem though. At the end of a round on DLC maps a message popped up instead of the progress bar which said that all the xp I’d earned was locked and I had to get premium to unlock it, even though I bought premium about 6 months ago! I really don’t understand what is going on.

    Yeah it was that the premium pass had somehow uninstalled itself, the problem is fixed after I redownloaded it. Thanks so much for your help

    I had the same problems .  Lost my weapons and i could not install a dlc (turning the tides).  After a reinstall of bf1 the problems were solved

    Hey man I've done this and it says premium pass but my weapons and progress is still not there

    Have the same issue on Xbox x - started yesterday, lost all progress. really annoying as I am about to complete all the weapon achievements

    This should fix everyone’s Xbox one bf1 problems inregardless to previously unlocked weapons locked and not progressing

    Premium members only

    Search Microsoft store for: Battlefield 1 premium pass- select it- select “manage” - selected “ready to install” - reinstall all DLC’s - once all downloaded reset game and enjoy

    Note: this has worked for me since ive occurred this problem, this method has fixed mine and mates experiencing this same problem
