Okay, I know that their were some bugs after the most recent patch. I am not sure if anyone else had the same issue that I had but it reset my stats everything went to 0 except my total time played which went down to 175Hrs. I lost my time played in game, my kills, score/Min, KD, W/L Ratio, and Accuracy. I never click on the reset thing on my profile page. I hope their is a way that my stats can be restored to what they were before this patch. I recently talked on the phone to an EA Agent and they said to post here about this issue just because she had no other way to assist my case. I am hoping that another EA professional can assist me in my case. Thanks, Chris

Tried, they cant help as well because they dont have the correct tools. Which to me is stupid if your in support and you dont have all the tools to help people.

DICE issued another reset wave for people that violated the TOS, most of the time it was for boosting or cheating. However that doesn't mean that you were reset because of that, there are also a lot of backend maintenance going on at the moment.

I think it was a mistake when they did the big maintance/patch? Can they put it back to the orginial stats?? It should show up in their database my stats before this glitch happened to me.

try to wait could be that your stats will come back......if its related with technical problems or bugs

What theevilholy said, there is a lot of maintenance going on right now, your stats should return soon, unless you have been reset for booting/cheating,

Ok well when should I expect my stats to be restored? Can I also hear from an EA or DICE Manager or official team on what is going on.

if you think your stats were resetted by wrong means then you can directly contact the EA customer care to let them know .
