You can link to official websites that have the links to tools or tweak software or a blog or somesuch but linking to your own FTP is too risky as I hope you can understand, thanks.

Ok I looked up some info about HW tweaking like core unlocking etc. and found out that my MB does not support core unlocking. The only tweaks regarding the GPU included overclocking and I don't want to do that. I also think my GPU is not the limiting factor because it's quite a good one and it's already stock OC'ed.
Moving the game to the SSD helped reducing loading times between rounds but it did not improve the FPS.
So I guess the only way to get a steadily high framerate is to buy a new CPU. I'll probably get the FX 8350 when my budget allows it.
