Low fps on BF4 using nVidia gtx 760 2gb OC

Hi, I seem to get really low fps with my GTX 760, I've tried updating drivers, using lowest settings, I've updated windows, only one that helped was updating drivers but only by like 5 fps

Atm I am getting around 15-30 fps on lowest settings and it gets worse when i'm in the middle of a battle

Oh btw I also have 8 gb's of ram and my cpu is an AMD A4-7300, I wanna upgrade my pc sometime but atm I don't have the money, Also my GPU stays around 40-50C when using
