First of all, I'd recommend to check the Minimum System Requirements for Battlefield 1:

Your CPU doesn't meet the min system requirements and also, you have only 8Gb RAM and these elements can cause some performance issues in the game. Also, while playing you should not use Internet Browser or other background programs.
