Low FPS with RTX 2070S

Question

I just built my first PC, and it works very well.. except for in Battlefield 1. In any other game including R6S with the DLC textures and BO3 on max possible settings I can easily clear 144hz on max settings, but in Battlefield 1 I'm only getting around 90fps while still playing at 1080p, 100% render scale, TAA) . Is this happening to anyone else, or is there something wrong with my gpu and/or build? (Or am I assuming incorrectly that the RTX 2070S can destroy just about any non-rtx 1080p game)

GPU: MSI Ventus RTX 2070 Super OC

CPU: AMD Ryzen 2700X 3.7Ghz

CPU Cooler: AMD Wraith Prism

RAM: 16GB (2x8) GSkill Trident Z RGB

PSU: Corsair Semi-Modular ATX CX550M

MB: GIGABYTE B450 AORUS PRO WiFi

@EA_Atic&nbsp;I get occasional CPU spikes on about 4 of my 8 cores to ~80%, but other than that my CPU is running at ~35% and my GPU is running at ~50%. The CPU spikes only occur every few minutes, likely just loading something.

Are you running DX 11 or 12 and I assume nothing is overheating - it sounds like Battlefield 1 is not utilizing your PC for some reason.&nbsp;@OptionalAura&nbsp;&nbsp;

Have you tried to clean boot to see any programs messing with BF1.&nbsp;
