Error 10607: Cloud Data Corrupted

I had my Data hard drive crash, and after reinstalling EA Desktop and BF1, I now get this error each time I launch the game. The game opens with the starting movie, then the prolog. No system settings such as video, controls, or gameplay save between sessions.

In Multiplayer, only my first loadout for each class is saved upon each start. Rank, unlocks, and progress are all fine and save successfully. Between each multiplayer map, settings revert to default; FOV, sensitivity, click vs hold for weapon scope, etc. 

I have reinstalled EA Desktop, and the BF1 application, along with running repairs on BF1. I installed Desktop & BF1 on my laptop, and all my old loadouts were preserved. So it seems my cloud data is fine! 

I'd like to know what files I have to transfer to get my loadouts back, settings to save, and skip the prolog every time I start the game.
