Low gpu usage and should be getting better frames

I've noticed that my framerate in both BF1 and BFV are lower than what other benchmarks have shown online, and when I use a performance monitor I can see that my gpu usage only gets to about 50% max. I play both games on low setting in 1080p because I have a 240hz monitor and wnat to get the best fps possible.

Here are my specs:

I5 9600k (stock)

16gb ddr4 (2 8gb sticks in dual channel)

RTX 2080 super

In both games I am only getting around 100-130 fps in conquest which is pretty good, but I feel like it should be higher considering I actually get the same if not better frames when I run the game on my Alienware laptop which has an i7 10750h and an rtx 2060. I've tried tinkering with certain settings, but I can't seem to change the results with my 2080 super. The only thing that I can think of is that my cpu might just not be good enough but that doesn't seem right because it's a 6 core and should only be bottlenecking my gpu slightly if anything, and it's never noticable in any other games. Any insight or tips would be greatly appreciated.
