Make A Dent achievement not working XBOX One , Please help

So I have done this numerous times on the xbox 360, and now on the xbox one. Around 15 minutes ago I finished a concquest match on Zavod 311. I had 5 anti-vehicle ribbons, and around 3-4 kills with the stinger destroying 2 helicopters to get those kills. So thats 5 anti-vehicle ribbons, and 3 kills(2 destroys) with portable AA (Stinger), which is more than what is needed for the achievement. So why isn't this working... I want the mp7 very badly, and it really sucks spending all of this money on these games and systems, then haveing them not work correctly.
