There is a couple of things I kind of need to address here:

    1) AHQ is a place for player-based technical support. We can't really do anything with balance feedback, it's place is at forums.battlefield.com. Devs don't check AHQ for game balance feedback.

    2) Martini-Henry still is perfectly capable of 1-hit kills within its sweet spot. The thing is, its body part damage multipliers were bugged before the patch. They were supposed to be lower (x0.9) for upper arms and lower body (just like in case of pretty much every sniper rifle in the game, but instead their value ended up being x1, giving an unintended, large 1-hit kill zone. From DICE standpoint this is a fix, not a nerf, so I wouldn't really get my hopes up on it being reversed. What was supposed to be (and still is) Martini-Henry's speciality is the distance at which is capable of 1HK. I've been using it quite a bit yesterday and to be honest the panic seems a bit overblown. Even when you don't get an insta-kill, assist counts as kill and finisher with a handgun are common enough to offset the x1 multiplier hitbox size reduction.

Alas, due to thread being out of scope of AHQ, I will have to lock it.
