Matchmaking failed
Hi,
Anyone else struggling to join a game in the UK. Every time I try and join a game through quick match, it says "Match making faied"
I have no idea why, and was wondering if anyone else is having this issue.
The same goes for using the server browser, it says my bandwidth/internet speed is not good enough, even though I am using an ethernet cable, and get 111 download speed, and 12 ping?
I've provided a screenshot showing my internet is good enough (I had my resolution set to 1440x1080, sorry in advance)
If anyone else if having this problem I would love to know 🙂
- OP a speed test rarely tells the whole story, I recommend running a UO Trace as described here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/ as it will show you where any issues in your connection lie. If there are any issues in your connection route you may be able to address them with your ISP.
