Try removing the Battlefield 4 folder in documents:
C:\Users\username\Documents\Battlefield 4
It will reset all your settings and the Mantle Cache.
It didn't help.
Does it run properly in DX?
DirectX has no problems.
I've seen other people having this problem but I havent found a solution.
Well, Mantle is still in beta so still has a few issues.
Is your gfx driver up to date?
