missing Aries dog tag

I have had a similar issue with every Zodiac dog tag thus far, with the longest taking almost a month to come through.

I believe the problem stems from the method they use to hand out the dog tag, i.e. the tags are handed out manually by people/ computers that read every player's individual stats. This is a long and slow process compared to Battlefield 4's system which allowed players to turn in their own missions and collect the dog tags themselves. The developers have stated that they eventually wish to return to this method as it's more efficient and causes less problems.

Don't worry, your Aries dog tag will come through eventually.
If it hasn't arrived by the time that the next zodiac dog tag mission arrives, I would recommend contacting EA's live support.
