There are currently other players at the moment missing certain dog tags that they said was completed before the timer ran out for the mission. These sort of problems were a similar issue during Battlefield 4 life span. The best advice I could give you is to wait a few days till DICE update the game files and dog tags will be given out accordingly. It normally takes roughly a week, make sure to check on Battlefield social media accounts if needed.
