Missing BF3 Premium from My Account

I have an order confirmation showing that I paid for Premium, but only have Limited in my account.  I found the page that says, "To fix this issue, you simply need to find and download this small “Premium” download on either the Playstation Store or the Battlefield 3 In-Game Store." but there is nothing downloadable in the in-game store.  It does show that I own Premium though.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled/repatched Origin.  That didn't change anything.  I also did "Repair Install" which didn't help.

A few months ago, I jumped through some hoops to move the game content to a different hard drive and didn't play since then.  That's probably when I lost access to Premium.

I've been waiting for over an hour for an EA Advisor.  Maybe I should try again tomorrow?

    On which platform are you playing BF3 since you've referenced both Playstation and PC in your post. 

    If you are on PC resintall your origin client, log in with the origin account that you've purchased BF3 under, go to your game library and right click the BF3 icon and select "install"  after it installs right click the BF3 icon select "show game details" and then right click each expansion pack covered by premium and select install.

    If you are on Playstation log in to your console with your PSN account that you redeemed your BF3 Premium code.  Open the PSN store, go to the category on the left second from the bottom for your purchase\download history. Scroll through all of your purchases and re-download your BF3 Premium file.  You can also re-download each expansion covered by Premium using this method.  After each expansion completely downloads go to the game section of the XMB and click on the bubble to manually install each expansion pack.

    OK, the quote I referenced came up while searching under PC platform.  I guess it belongs to PS3 (I have PC only).

    I have already reinstalled Origin.  Since I couldn't get an EA Advisor last night, I uninstalled the game also and let it spend 7 hours re-downloading.  In Origin, it shows all of the expansion packs as downloaded & installed, but when I play any of them, it always goes back to the basic Limited game.

    In "My Library", it shows BF3 Limited Edition.  In the browser, it says "Premium" all over the place, but I can't seem to access any of the expansion content.
