Missing BF4 free pistol and DMR shortcut kit unlocks? for xbox 360

To Whom It May Concern,

      I am a Battlefield 4 Premium player. Last Month I downloaded the Pistol & the DMR shortcut kits.  Unfortuneatly.  Due BF4 update problems. I was getting a neon screen. This site as well as battlelog stated to delete downloads if corupted and redownload the latest update. I did that and the neon screen have stopped. Though every once and awhile I still get  a ghost soldier unable to use his primary weapon. The main reason for this email is that I deleted the shortcut kits that were so graciously given to us. I can equip it on my battlelog profile but I am stuck with what I previously unlocked in the xbox 360 game equip. my battle log profile says I have unlocked them but can be played in the game. Is there a way that you can give a code for people who lost this. It seems that I'm not the first person who has done this.  I have a feeling that because the game was faulty and the instructions were to delete corrupted files.  This was partially EA/Dice's fault.

    You just need to re-download them from your purchase\download history.  Since you're on your computer it's easiest to log into the Xbox Live site at http://www.xbox.com/en-US/ and then go to "My Account" and then "Download History" and then scroll down until you see your shortcuts and click "Add to Queue" and then the next time you log into your Xbox your queued items will automatically download to your Xbox.

    That should have not happened, after you download them again they should have unlocked.

    Click the following link and log in: https://help.ea.com/en/

    Then click on Help with a Game, and choose your game. If your game isn't listed, try entering the name on the search bar to the right. Alternately you can choose the Browse By Topic option and choose your relevant topic. If it is an account issue that doesn't require Game Advisor assistance, you can click the Manage Account button.

    On the next page you will see a bunch of articles, links to community fixes, and a manuals tab for the chosen game.

    If the articles aren't relevant to you, scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will get an option to Contact Us.

    Click this and you will be prompted to choose your platform, the topic of your issue and to give a brief description of the issue at hand.

    You will then have your options available, such as having a Live Chat with an advisor, or scheduling a callback if it is available in your region.

    After this, you will get a live chat or a callback (depending on what you chosen) with an EA agent, that will be glad to help you.

    The redownloading worked thanks I couldn't find them cause my son downloaded other stuff but it was there. Thanks for you help!!!
