Missing campaign skins

I completed all the codex and field manual things in single player the other day and have only just managed to grab a tank to apply the big Bess skin. However when I actually opened up the customisation, I didn't have the option to apply it. Anyone know why?

    Ok so I found the problem. Once the pop up appeared showing that I had unlocked the skin, I quit the mission because I'd already completed it and didn't think it mattered. Turns out you need to complete the mission properly for the game to register that you have in fact completed all the requirements.

    Wish I'd known that before support told me I needed to reinstall and clear cache but nevermind, problem solved.

    You have done everything 100%?

    Have you restarted your system to sync your unlocks?

    Then you should join a match on a running server, select a landship and use your Black Bess skin.

    That worked in my case, so hopefully it will work for you as well.

    Completed everything 100% apart from doing it on hard but as far as I can tell you don't need to do that. In fact I remember seeing the unlock notification pop up when I finally got it. It's just not available to apply in multiplayer. I only have the flying Scotsman one. I completed it on Sunday so it should have synced by now I would have thought.

    If there was a pop-up then it should be unlocked. 

    Have you tried to apply it on an official or ranked server?

    Which system are you playing on?

    I´m playing on PS4 so I don´t know any details about PC, sorry ☹️

    Have you played a few rounds since Sunday? This should help to sync your data as well.

    Maybe you should contact EA Support if a reboot of your system didn´t help.

    Hello @eI-nombre

    You must select this skins only in game menu before spawn, you can't see in general customization menú

    Yeah, that's what I did but it still doesn't show up. I've got one of the other skins i picked up from a battlepack there, just not the single player skin. I've just spoken to support and they said i need to uninstall, clear origin cache and then reinstall...basically I don't think they really know what's gone wrong.
